Estela Escribano
I am a scientist by vocation and have spent nearly 30 years dedicated to laboratory research. However, my curiosity has not been limited to the world of science; it has also led me to explore the human mind and behavior, a field in which I have been working for almost a decade.
Over the years, I have discovered that these two worlds—seemingly different—share more in common than we usually imagine. This integration has shaped my way of understanding reality, always guided by the same premise: to seek answers to the “whys” and “what for” of what troubles us, both individually and collectively.
In addition to research, communication is one of my great passions. I am devoted to it both in the scientific field and in my work on personal growth training, always from a transpersonal and systemic perspective. For me, the system is not only the family or the work environment but all our interpersonal relationships and their impact on our lives.
I currently work at the CSIC (Spanish National Research Council) and collaborate with various institutions specialized in personal development, such as the Escuela de Atención, the Marly Kuenerz Institute, the Institute of Human Potential, and the Black Box School.
